DemoLayer builds Chrome extensions for people who run live software demos. This page covers the privacy practices for all DemoLayer extensions: DemoTag and DemoFocus.
Nothing. DemoTag does not transmit any data from your device.
Your persona name, context, color theme, and all extension settings are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage. It is not transmitted from your device.
Nothing. DemoFocus does not transmit any data from your device.
Your tool settings and extension preferences are stored on your device using Chrome's local storage. They persist until you uninstall the extension. Your checklist acknowledgment state is stored using Chrome's session storage. It clears when you close the browser. DemoFocus reads the number of open tabs to display a notice when you have four or more tabs open. This information is not transmitted from your device.
The contribute page at demolayer.io/contribute links to payment pages hosted by Stripe. If you choose to make a contribution, Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that transaction. I do not receive any personal payment information.
